Adventurous but lovely

I was visiting the riad during the earthquake. The staff made me feel really safe and did everything, despite the terrible things happening, to make me feel comfortable. After the earthquake they checked daily if everyone was okay, and did everything in their power to help others. After the earthquake i suffered from illness of the stomach which made me faint and made me fall on my head. Chipo went out of his way to help me, and drove to the pharmacy in the middle of the night to get me medicine to feel better. A very special thanks to him, i will forever be grateful. Enjoyed the lovely breakfasts, beautiful room and the perfect jacuzzi. Thank you to Jamal and Chipo for another special stay and for all the kindness, they are very warm and good hearted people. This was not my first and will not be my last visit. Thank you and see you soon :-) (ps: This riad is very safe also after the earthquake, and is safe to visit!!)

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they helped me and my friend with everything that we needed, the food was very good, the facility was nice and clean, even the cats were quite playful.

Best staff, great location, and good price.

The staff were so kind a helpful. We were staying there when the earthquake came and the owner Jamal made sure we were safe. When our activities were canceled in the mountains, he helped us find other things to do.

The rooms were a bit small for three people and the beds were not very comfortable. We extended our stay and needed to move rooms and the room on the roof had a bathroom that had a weird smell.

A must stay!

The staff were very helpful. The room was lovely and clean, it was cleaned everyday and towels were replaced. We received a wonderful breakfast every morning. The hotel helped us get airport transfers and taxis, and they gave us advice on activities to do in the city. We would definitely recommend this Riad.

Lovely Riad with the most attentive staff. Would recommend

Staff were Fantastic and the Riad was a nice place of sanctuary too escape the mayhem of the medina.

Pillows could've been more comfortable and the aircon never got cool enough for my personal preference but that may be because it was a hot time of year and the ceilings were tall.

Fantastic stay, and outstanding value

Everything about Riad Dama was absolutely lovely, from the place itself, the fantastic service and the excellent breakfasts. we were provided tons of useful information for visiting Marrakech, without any pressure to use any of the many services provided by the hotel. I did have a massage, which was wonderful and very reasonably priced. This was a wonderful value!

only complaint was that WiFi was a little sketchy at times, but this may be common to Marrakech. in the end we were able to do everything we needed to.

Exceptional

The Riad is near to the Souks, the market not to be missed in Marrakech, but in a side street. We loved the style of the Riad. Jamal and Shipo were really welcoming, helpful, available hosts to all our requests and questions, who prepared us with a lot of very useful tourist information to make our stay as pleasant as it was.

The last night became very loud and busy outside, under our window. We kept our windows open, closing all windows and using the airconditioner would have solved the noise issue. The weather during our stay was very pleasant, we chose not to use the airconditioner.

We loved to stay in the Riad Dama, it was a place that we felt comfortable and safe after walking around the Medina. Chipo and Jamal was incredible friendly, Helping us with everything we need it. Place super clean, and good breakfast.

Amazing Riad and the best staff

Everything about Riad Dama was amazing. Shout out to Jamal and Chipo for always helping us out and making sure we had everything we needed. They both went above and beyond by booking us taxis, walking with us at night time and suggesting places to eat and visit. Will be recommending this place to all our friends travelling to Marrakech.

Overall amazing experience!

The staff were kind and really helpful! They gave us a map with tips what to do, helped with tours and taxis. As we were going on the Sahara tour we were provided with an early breakfast without any problem. Amazing customer service!! The riad itself is a gorgeous place to stay. 100% recommend.

Outstanding service and stay

It felt like home! Jamal and Chipo were outstanding with recommendations and advice to ensure as two females we stayed safe. The property was serene, tranquil and calming and we thoroughly enjoyed our hammam, massage and dinner in the Spa duo pack. Our beds were incredibly comfortable and it was such a quiet room, which was incredibly clean. Loved every minute of this stay and the Riad couldn’t have been more hospitable.
